You can have your parcels delivered to Farrants using the Collect+ service if you are not going to be at home or if it’s a surprise for a loved one. Just choose Collect+ as your delivery option when you checkout and choose Farrants. Just don’t forget your ID when you pick your parcel up!

Returns are just as easy, just drop off your parcel with your Collect+ returns label attached, we’ll give you a tracking receipt and you’re done!

Please note that any customer parcels that are delivered to us not using the Collect+ service will be refused or returned to the sender.
